New Home in The Canyons in Hixson
Almost two years ago my wife and I were on a scouting trip through East Tennessee in our RV with hopes of selecting a town to call home in retirement. A new hometown that would put us closer to kids and grandkids who were scattered from Arkansas to NC. First stop was Chattanooga and on our last planned day in town and having pretty much exhausted our initial search for housing we tripped onto an open house at The Canyons in Hixson. The home which was nearing completion checked most all our boxes. Its design, floor plan, workmanship and amenities were far better than any of the other homes we had seen. The builder Jesus with FSH builders was fully receptive to some finishing touches we desired and within about six weeks we were moving in.
We have been quite satisfied with our choice and are enjoying life in the Hixson area. As is always the case with new houses there were some things to tweak during the first year. Jesus was always available and promptly attentive to our needs, whether they were just questions and things he could personally correct or required the assistance of a subcontractor.
Janice and I have gotten to know Jesus and have met his family. We have found him to be most personable and to be a devoted family man. We can recommend him without hesitation for your residential building needs.

Ooltewah Custom Home
We had so many friends that told us that building a custom home was so stressful. We heard many times, will it come in on time, on budget and be everything you want it to be. I will have to say that Jesus and his crew at FSH made it all happen and we had an amazing experience. Great communication, quality and ability to work with us. We had a true partner in the process and our home really has exceeded our expectations.
I also want to callout that since moving into our home I have contacted Jesus with questions and not one time has he not responded and offered assistance. For me after the sale service is everything and that is why I would highly recommend Jesus to any other person looking at building a new home. Jesus, Thank you for an amazing experience. Ringgold Extensive Renovation
A little over a year ago we moved from WA state to Ringgold to be closer to family. We purchased a home which was built in ‘95 and it was in desperate need of a major facelift as well as some structural changes which would more closely meet our wants and needs.
We interviewed three different builders to get estimates and while they were all fairly close money wise, Jesus Lopez and FSH were the most reasonable and to top that, they were ready to start immediately where we would have had to wait several months for the others to start. We cannot express how happy we’ve been with that decision!
The kitchen was totally gutted and another major wall between the living room and old kitchen removed. Structural beams were added and a new wall was built with book cases and window seat.
Faux beams were installed in the living room … all flooring was replaced in living room, dining room, expanded kitchen, and master with wide engineered hardwoods. Popcorn ceilings went bye bye … barn doors were built to close off the tv …. a screened porch was added … all lighting replaced … an architectural truss was built to set off the exterior gable over our entry porch. All this was done in the eight weeks he promised us and ON BUDGET!! His word is his bond. He did all that he said he would do and more. We couldn’t be more pleased. We love it!

We hired FSH Construction to do an addition on our home on a recommendation from our Real Estate Agent. We were very nervous, because there are so many contractors who do not provide good service. We met with Jesus and discussed our needs. He developed a plan and gave us an itemized estimate and timeline. He told us that we would love it.
He did the work on time, within budget, and exceeded our expectations in quality and service. Jesus and his crew were a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and keeping you updated from beginning to end of the project, really sets him apart from others. When the needs of our family changed, we decided to expand our home again. We did not hesitate to call Jesus, and once again, he proved to be reliable, honest and extremely conscientious. Everything was built well and if minor problems developed they were swiftly fixed. They are absolutely the best. Jesus was right, we loved it! If and when there comes a time when we decide to build again we will certainly call FSH Construction.

Poolhouse Renovation
FSH Construction was chosen as the general contractor to remodel the pool house for Wellesley Homeowners Association in Ooltewah. Put against a definite timeline for completion due to the pool having to open on time, FSH Construction did an excellent job. They were on time, on budget and always went over and above what was required. Jesus stayed in constant communication and even took the time to clean up areas that were not his responsibility. Having dealt with contractors in the past for other projects, it’s nice to know that there is a company out there that’s trustworthy and dependable. I would highly recommend FSH.
