Owner Jesus Lopez started in the construction business literally on the ground level as a high schooler working summers, weekends and school breaks for his brother in law.
During this 12 year period he mastered the skills needed in most aspects of the construction process and he further developed his strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
College, marriage, children and a stint in a corporate job ensued before, with the encouragement of family, he returned to the construction business and launched FSH Construction LLC.
Why don’t you build a house for me?
Initially, the company started with renovations and remodeling and gained a strong customer base. In those early years, FSH completed more than 200 remodels and renovations bolstered primarily through word of mouth recommendations from happy clients.
A long time client came to Jesus after interviewing other general contractors and said, I know you, I know your work. Why don’t you build a house for me? And so he did and in doing so changed the direction of his company.
Now a little over three years later, that client has his home as do more than 30 other happy families in the Chattanooga/North Georgia region.
Faith and family based, FSH continues to grow in numbers and its mission. Jesus continues to build quality homes at a wide range of price points. His portfolio of custom homes has also rapidly expanded. He is still “hands on” from start to finish and steadfast in his determination and principles to give the best client service and satisfaction possible.
